N.E.A.T. is a process where you make CHOICES to perform regular physical activities into your daily routine. I will help you to discover ways that you can burn extra Calories, up to 1000, and not even step into a gym. However if you enjoy the gym then we design the program so you can receive the best results for the least amount of time. Whichever Choice you make we will be working to improve your Flexibility, Endurance, and Strength to ensure your goal of wellness and longevity.
